Our beloved dog, Spencer, was lost or stolen on the East side of Union Square yesterday afternoon, Jan. 27. He is a scruffy terrier mix, white with brown spots, a bright red collar, and a black leash. He is blind in his left eye, and it looks blue and shrunken. Very friendly, loves people. Please help us find him!
