This position can be full or part time with flexible hours. Job Responsibilities: - Experience in floral design and outdoor container gardening - Communicating with clients and managers on floral design - Installation of seasonal planter décor and garden events - Experience with seasonal and holiday décor a plus - Knowledge of plants and annuals for all seasons a plus Job Requirements: - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be part of a team. - Knowledge of common planting practices - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Quality Control and attention to detail - Valid driver’s license required with clean record - Willingness to work in all types of weather Benefits - Competitive salary based on experience and performance - Health Insurance - Dental Insurance - 401K matching - Paid time off Please call (781)834-1000 or send resume to [email protected]
