The WOD
“Love Gone Bad”
Teams of 2 will work together at each station, fight gone bad style, to achieve as many reps/cals as possible in the allotted time. Teams will move together station to station with a minute rest in between each station. Only one of the teammates can do work at a time, while the one teammate is performing reps the other teammate must rest. Score will be total accumulated reps and calories.
For Total Cal/Reps:
5 Minutes of Row (Calories)1 Minute of Rest 5 Minutes of Double Unders (Reps) or Single Unders (Reps/3) 1 Minute of Rest 5 Minutes of Burpees (Reps) 1 Minute of Rest 5 Minutes of Air Squats (Reps) 1 Minute of Rest 5 Minutes of Abmat Sit Ups (Reps)For double unders, individuals may do double unders or single unders. Single under reps will be divided by three when adding up total reps/cals for the workout.
