Will perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: watering, raking, trash pick-up and keeping breezeways and hallways clean. How You'll Contribute to the Workplace:  Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain exterior appearance of property to present good “street appeal” Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems and physical condition of asset doesn’t deteriorate Perform routine trash pick-up daily Daily dumpster corral clean-up Clean, trim and pick flower beds Check irrigation systems on a regular basis Blow and clean breezeways and hallways Trash compactor and pool maintenance during season Landscaping Operate power equipment such as twin axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters and pruning saws Weekly irrigation checks Deliver notices when necessary All other duties as assigned How We Reward & Support You:  Providing personalized career growth opportunities through ongoing educational classes and industry certifications Ongoing hands-on training with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety & pool equipment Rewarding you with competitive pay and benefits.
