Join us for a morning of celebrating sustainability & self-care :)
We are so excited to be returning to Regatta Park for another yoga class + coastal cleanup! Thank you so much to Earth Breeze for sponsoring this community event.
At 10 am, Katie Sauvigne (Miami-native E-RYT 200-hour certified yoga instructor & founder of Asana Armor) will be guiding us through a yoga flow! Her classes focus on the incorporation of breath into movement in a challenging, yet accessible and confidence building vinyasa-style flow.
At 11 am, Debris Free Oceans will lead the group on a coastal cleanup. We will clean along the coast from Regatta Park through Kenneth Myers Park to Peacock Park.
Hang around and peruse a pop-up Asana Armor shop, featuring activewear made from recycled plastic water bottles and natural fibers made from sustainably-sourced wood pulp!
RSVP required! Debris Free Oceans is a Miami-based nonprofit dedicated to inspiring local communities to responsibly manage the lifecycle of plastics and waste as part of a global initiative to eradicate marine debris from our beaches, reefs, and oceans- consider purchasing a donation-based ticket to support our mission today :)
