The balloons plan on launching at 7 am on the 4th, 5th and 6th of March. There should also be a spectacular balloon glow in Downtown Winthrop on Saturday night. It is free to view each of the launches. VIEWING THE BALLOONS: The balloons are scheduled to launch during each of the three mornings of this event, but the weather will determine if the balloons will actually be able to launch.
