It’s My Life is the designated curriculum for the First Time Offender Program for the Oklahoma Association of Youth Services. This two-day training will equip you to lead FTOP classes for your agency.Those attending the entire two-days of training, will receive expert curriculum training, facilitation and group implementation tips, a complete instructors kit with a leaders manual, power point, participant manual and more. In addition you will receive your official certificate of completion as required by the Office of Juvenile Affairs. Roby – Mr. Roby serves as a Project Manager, TTA Specialist, and Master Trainer for Public Strategies. His dynamic presentations and lighthearted approach create a comfortable, safe atmosphere for learning. Scott is recognized as an expert in workshop facilitation and facilitator training and development. He is currently a Senior Training and Technical Assistance Manager for the Strengthening Relationship Education and Marriage Services (STREAMS), Strengthening Implementation of Marriage and Relationship Services (SIMR) federal evaluations for the Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation (OPRE) and the Office of Family Assistance Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) contract.  As a project manager for Oklahoma’s statewide service delivery system, Project Relate, from 2005-2012, Mr. Roby provided ongoing TTA to and facilitated instructor training for their network of more than 3000 community volunteers. Other areas of expertise include: Developing service delivery systems and referral networks, partnership development and, experiential learning environments. He worked in partnership with curriculum developers and systems leaders to adapt relationship education curricula to statewide systems including the Oklahoma National Guard Yellow Ribbon Program, the Oklahoma Department Human Services, and the Oklahoma Association of Youth Services.  Scott and Kathy have been married for 39 years; they have two children Kandis and Kaylan, and three Labradoodles: Harriet; Dudley and Cooper.
