Description

Ready to put that “spring” in your step? Come celebrate the season and sunshine (hopefully) with us over delicious pints of beer and food! We know nothing brings people together quite like tasty brews and treats. So, we have a plan! Bring your crew and join us as we reconnect (safely) over Métier Brewing Company's “damn good beer” and yummy bites from one of Seattle's hottest chefs, Chef Kristi Brown (That Brown Girl Cooks and Communion Restaurant + Bar). As you show up to support local BIPOC businesses, you’ll also get to hear about United Way’s work in fighting food insecurity as part of the Community Relief Fund—an effort to help people impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. You’ll learn more about how you can join in and make an impact. Ticket includes: 2 pints of your choiceAn assortment of bites from That Brown Girl Cooks including their famous black eyed pea hummus, shrimp & okra beignets, chicken & vlamb (vegetarian) skewers, mini pies, and more! There will be opportunities throughout the evening to be generous and to raise some dollars for United Way of King County to fight homelessness, help students graduate and break the cycle of poverty in our community. We hope you’ll join us! Please RSVP by 4/12/22! For your safety, this event will enforce strict COVID protocols. All guests will be required to show proof of vaccination along with a photo ID and will be required to wear a mask while not seated or eating/drinking. If you are feeling under the weather, have COVID-like symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please stay home. Refunds are available for those who need to cancel their ticket due to COVID-19.United Way is committed to making all our events as accessible as possible.
