Hi! This group is an effort to encourage mom s, who inherently tend to be self neglectful, of all ages, races, backgrounds, sizes, and fitness levels to gain basic and practical skills to improve your fitness.
There is no judging, no insults, no gossiping or even friendly teasing. Only positivity and praise so we everyone can feel comfortable.
The focus in this group is going to be basic workout techniques and training to build a stronger core, reduce subcutaneous fat (visible fat) and improve visceral fat (fat we don t see surrounding major organs) that leads to chronic health problems.
