I'm a third-year photography student at the School of Visual Arts. I'm interested in expanding upon a photography series with people outside my circle - Using craigslist and other apps to meet strangers and photograph them in their personal spaces. During this time, it has become more difficult to interact with people as we used to. We can communicate through the internet but this portion of the project will focus on connecting with people on the other side of the screen and checking in on a human level. I'm interested in photographing people of all demographics - any age, gender, race, sexuality. If you have a personal story or interesting living space that you feel is unique that is even better, as is a display of vulnerability. Respond to the email and we can talk further so that if we decide to shoot some pictures we can do so safely and comfortably! :)
