Heather Gwaltney, 200-hour RYT, and Adele Muir, L.Ac. Licensed Acupuncturist, are bringing you an Acu-Yin Workshop to Harmonize the Heart. In this Acu-Yin Workshop, we will focus on the Heart and Pericardium (Heart Protector). Guided with words of encouragement to assist you in harmonizing the heart space, ignite your love for self and strengthen your connection to others, so that you leave with a deeper inner peace. Yin Yoga poses and acupuncture points are selected to calm the Heart/Spirit/Mind, strengthen the Pericardium, and invite a sense of self love and compassion for others. Energy exchange: $55.
