NOLA Brewing Co. has teamed up with Piety & Desire Chocolate to bring you a Pre-Valentines Day Beer & Chocolate pairing NOLA Brewing Co. has teamed up with Piety & Desire Chocolate to bring you a Pre-Valentines Day Beer & Chocolate pairing to share with your sweet one! This will be a 1 hour in person guided tasting by our Director of Funk Derek Lintern. He will walk you through each beer and chocolate and why they marry so well together and answer any questions you may have. Each participant will receive 3 10oz beers and 3 chocolate bonbons throughout the tasting. We will also have a "To-Go" option for you to pick up on Feb 13th or 14th to share with your love in the comfort of your own home. (6 chocolate bonbons & 3 packaged beers) In person class tickets are sold per person, while To-Go packages are sold per couple. Pairings are: -Muses Belgian Pale Ale with Duck Blind chocolate - duck fat caramel on top of a 5-spice white chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell -Irish Channel Stout with Big Shot Coconut - dark coconut milk chocolate and Roulaison rum ganache in a dark chocolate shell -Rosalie with La Vie en Rose et Violette - rose and violet dark chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell
