Rehoming My German Shepard Mix Puppy

I have a German Shepard mix puppy that is about a year old and is a female and has her vaccines as far as I know. Her name is Nala and she isn't completely potty trained although at one point she was. She is good with kids and other animals as far as I know. I am unable to keep her because I had to move to a new place and I cannot bring her with me. She is extremely sweet and I want the best for her. I am looking to rehome her with a small fee.
