I am rehoming my 5 month old border collie/Australian Shepard. I just adopted him from a family who said he was good with kids. I have had him a week and he is showing resource guarding to the kids and has bite them without provocation. When kids aren’t around he is a dream dog- follows close, seems intelligent (but not whip smart) has moderate energy and a good nature. Has been friendly to all dogs and people he has met. Interested in cats and chickens but doesn’t have a high prey drive. If it were any other behavioral issue I would keep him. Potty and crate trained. Small rehoming fee.
