Found phone at Argyle Gardens apartments

I found a phone on the ground at my friend’s apartment complex early this morning (between 12 and 1 am). It was where the grass and gravel meet by the stairs to the back door of the yellow building. It looks like it’s in decent shape but it won’t turn on and it was pretty damp when I found it. If you can tell me the brand, model, and color of the phone and have the charger to prove it’s yours, send me an email and I’ll return it. Otherwise we’ll turn it into the front office staff when they open and you can contact them.
