ServSafe Manager meets the 2017 FDA Food Code requirement for food safety training for managers, required for retail food establishments.
This training comes with a study guide, 2 - day basic course and exam. Lunch is included both days. Study guides are also available in Spanish, Chinese, and Korean. Should you desire a language other than English, please contact Nicole at [email protected] or 970-382-6461.
Day 1: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Day 2: 8:00 am - about 4:00 pm. You have 2 hours to complete the exam. The end time for day 2 is dependent on how long it takes you to complete the exam.
Please pick up your book from the La Plata County Extension Office, 2500 Main Ave., Durango, CO 81301, or we charge a $8.00 fee to have it mailed to you.
