Description
Rin is a really good and affectionate dog, who would do best in a home with an adopter who does not have children. We've had Rin for six years, but she's had difficulty adjusting to life with kids. She just wants to be near her owner and get her ears scratched without having a child trying to ride her like a pony. We realize it isn't fair to the kids or Rin to keep her here. She isn't getting what she deserves.
She knows basic commands, is potty trained, does not bark excessively, and once she comes out of her shell, she's a super affectionate pup. She loves going on walks/jogs, or just relaxing at home. She will need a gentle owner who doesn't mind giving her time to adjust - she's closely bonded to us and this will be a hard transition. She can be timid with new people, but once she's comfortable, she's affectionate and loving with adults. She is not comfortable with rambunctious young children, and needs to be in a home without little kids.
Requesting a small re-homing fee of $50.00, which we will donate to a Houston animal rescue of your choice.
