I need help identifying the female driver of a RED Jeep, license # DHM 7866. She PURPOSEFULLY slammed on the brakes of another driver for absolutely no reason (dash cam footage for proof), nearly wrecking him and I in the process. She then tailgated me for a few miles, while toying with her phone, and never once used a turn signal, nearly causing another wreck. The cops have already been informed and are investigating. If you know this driver (license # DHM 7866), you better tell her to cool it. I'm on the lookout now and we will have a discussion.
