$48,000 to $52,000 Depending on Experience Hours are Generally 2 to 10pm Greater PhoenixArea Auto Allowance Looking for a responsible and detailed Operations Manager to oversee cleaning crews to help insure high quality of service. Must be great with both customers and staff. A passion for excellence and a problem solver. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct inspections to guarantee high quality of service - Direct special cleaning projects - Communicate in a professional manner to both customers and staff - Provide new or remedial training as required - Start-up of service to new customers - Problem solve to minimize customer dissatisfaction - Perform assigned janitorial task or fill in for absent staff Qualifications: - 1+ Years as a commercial operations manager - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and strong work ethic - Must be able to work some weekends - No criminal history - Pass drug test and I-9 verifiable - Bilingual highly desirable
