Receiving your Reiki I & II certification will provide the training needed to practice on yourself as well as others. In level 1, the student is taught the Ideal Reiki Principles and becomes familiarized with its history. The student is initiated by opening the energy channels to connect to the universal life force. At this point the student becomes a practitioner and is able to perform Reiki on oneself as well as others. During level 2, the practitioner will learn the ancient symbols and their mantras enhancing the Reiki healing. Also awakening the technique to send long distant Reiki and healing various emotional situations.
