Saw a stray Chihuahua, light brown, no collar Port Townsend

I was at Waste not Want not this afternoon ( Thursday Jan 27) about 4:00 pm and saw an older lost Chihuahua cross, light brown, She was shaking and scared. A bit over weight, and seemed pretty healthy...no collar or tags... She had little pink skin showing in the corners of her eyes... She was in the trucks and trailers just behind the car lot, next to Waste Not Want not, in Port Townsend..We tried to catch her but she just took off... Good Luck..she needs her family.... Craig
