Established Landscape Company in Port Ludlow, Washington looking to add a couple landscapers to our team! Experience within the landscaping field is preferred, however it is not required and we are willing to train the right person. Additional requirements for this position include: • A valid WA state driver’s license with safe driving record • The ability to be organized and multi-task • Strong work ethic and time management skills. Emphasis on dependability and punctuality • A helpful attitude and is a team player • Can dress for the weather • Be physical, fit and be able to walk long distances, stand, kneel and lift 40lbs+ Duties include: Performing landscape maintenance tasks on customer’s property including, but not limited to: • Maintenance of trees, shrubs, perennial and seasonal flowers. • Use of hand shears, hand pruners and hand loppers as well as gas and electric equipment such as: power shears, power blowers, mowers, line trimmers and blowers. • Mowing, edging, weed control, bed raking, trimming and pruning. • Perform all regular tasks including but not limited to leaf and debris removal. • Watering containers, beds and hanging baskets as needed. $15-$18/hr. to start + depending on experience and position. Must pass background check and have a good driving record. Hours M-F (8’s). Year round work. No weekends or nights or horrible weather. We have good jobs and I'm striving to have an awesome crew!
