Town Manager Leon Goodwin and Dedham Board of Health Chairwoman Leanne Jasset would like to remind residents where they can get their COVID-19 test results if they were recently tested at the Endicott Estate.
Those who were tested can get their results one of two ways:
Call the Transformative Health Care COVID-19 test results line at: 617-765-0176 Send an email to [email protected] Anyone who has been (or will be) tested by Fallon Ambulance at the Endicott Estate on Sept. 13-15 or from Sept. 21-25 will be able to get their results by the above methods.
Those seeking results will be required to provide their first and last name and date of birth.
