10th Annual Acanthus Awards The Chicago-Midwest Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art is pleased to announce the 2021 Acanthus Awards. These awards recognize and promote excellence in Classical and Vernacular design. These awards will recognize achievement in Residential Architecture, Institutional or Commercial Architecture, Interior Design, Preservation & Restoration, Renovation & Adaptive Reuse, Landscape Design, the Allied Arts & Craftsmanship, Unbuilt Work and Student Work. Note: We have special early bird ticket prices available through Thursday, September 30th. All tickets after that date will be $225 per ticket. Please reserve your tickets early! Please review the following requirements to attend Chicago-Midwest ICAA Events Proof of Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 Test: The Chicago ICAA is fully committed to the health and safety of our members and guests. In light of the increased number of new COVID cases in Chicago, all attendees will be REQUIRED to show proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of entry. Either a paper copy or a picture are acceptable forms of proof. Anyone who cannot provide the required documentation prior to the event or at the door will not be allowed entry to the event. If you have already purchased your tickets and are unable to comply, please contact [email protected] and we will issue you a refund for you or your guests. Mask Requirement: Due to the latest City of Chicago and CDC guidelines, we REQUIRE that all guests wear a mask at our indoor events when not eating or drinking.
