In this training, your BRC Trainer, Maggie Smith, will navigate you through every clause within the version 8 standard.
This is a 2.5-day event that will focus on the BRC Global Standards version 8 and key changes from the prior version, 7. This will be followed by an optional ½ day workshop on Sanitation and Chemicals, taught by Katie Walker, Food Safety Technical Director – QSI/ZEE, on Thursday afternoon.
