TAMPA, FL — An Orlando man has been arrested after three Tampa Bay minor runaway teens were found in his custody in a hotel in Michigan. On Jan. 24, Tampa police received a report that a 14-year-old girl had run away from home with another 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl. Working with other law enforcement agencies, Tampa detectives learned the teens were traveling out of state with Jeannel Louiral, 24, of 5044 Millenia Blvd., Orlando. Police were able to locate the teens at a hotel in Michigan and arrested Louiral, charging him with interference with custody.
