Groundskeeper for Apartments – START ASAP, WEEKLY PAY, NO EXP. NEEDED!

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work as Groundskeepers!! All skill levels are encouraged to apply! We're hiring IMMEDIATELY and PAY WEEKLY!! $16-17 per hour (depending on experience) Groundskeepers maintain the environment that residents and visitors enjoy. Responsibilities are (but not limited to) the following: • Clean and remove trash from common areas, leasing offices, laundry rooms, models, public restrooms, and/or hallways, and throughout the property. • Responsible for dog stations, removing animal waste as needed • Maintain property in an attractive, comfortable condition • Power washing and occasional touch up painting (as needed) • Mow grass, pull weeds, trim trees and shrubs, water plants and flowers, rake leaves • Replace light bulbs along pathways and parking areas • Assist with maintenance duties • Prepare units for presentation and inspect common areas as needed. • Shovel snow from sidewalks and entries, salt parking areas, sidewalks and entries as needed. • May require use of sweeping machines, snow blowers, landscaping equipment, trash compactors • Report acts of vandalism or destruction of property Ideal candidates bring a can-do attitude and possesses the following skills: • Ability to be prompt and on time • Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision • Comfortable with working with their hands and outdoors • Comfortable with snow removal and power washing (as needed) EXPERIENCE • No experience required but past work with landscaping and/or janitorial work is a huge plus!! All candidates will be background screened and must be able to work in the United States.
