Description

Press release from the Village of Shorewood: January 27, 2022 The police department has updated its complaint procedures to encourage citizens to provide feedback on interactions with members of the department and to simplify the process in general. A newly designed "Citizen Comments, Complaints, and Compliments" form has been created along with a redesigned brochure that explains the process for submitting a complaint. Both forms are now available in Spanish, Hmong, and Russian. Members of the public can obtain the forms online, or as a paper copy at the police station, the Shorewood Library, and at Village Hall. Comments, complaints, and compliments can also be delivered by phone, e-mail, or dropped off at the white mailbox behind Village Hall. Please contact Interim Police Chief Tom Liebenthal at [email protected] if you have questions, concerns or comments. This press release was produced by the Village of Shorewood.
