Field manager supervisor for construction company

We are a general contractor specializing in remodeling residential houses and condos, we do interiors, we first demo, build new bathrooms and kitchens, replace flooring, re paint, we do other alterations and renovation. We also do new additions and home extensions. We are looking for an experienced, motivated supervisor with at least 10 years field experience working for general contractors on residential projects doing all house remodeling and room additions. We operate by using license subcontractors and legit companies for all our projects, we do not have workers as employees. Your job will require traveling between our jobs making sure all sub contractors are working and doing their work properly. You are not required to do any labor except using your skills and experience to make sure work is done right and on time. We offer long-term employment with growth opportunities. We are looking for a self motivated, well organized, highly experienced person that can lead, control and command all field subs and workers. You must be detail oriented with great communication skills. Work requires daily driving between all 3 counties, west palm, Broward and Miami.
