Designing Dedham is a town-wide master plan being developed to guide future decision-making in town, using goals and ideas generated by community members. The plan will establish a community vision, goals and specific implementation steps to achieve those goals. A 16-member Master Plan Committee is working with staff from the Metropolitan Area Planning Council to produce this plan.
Open houses on Jan. 26 and March 23 will focus on housing; public health and livability; natural, cultural and historic resources; land use; municipal facilities and services; and governance.
