I am reaching out to ask for your help and support in obtaining a live kidney donor for my mother-in-law. We recently found out that her kidney function levels are so low that her only option before going into full kidney failure is to receive a kidney from a live donor. She is not only the matriarch of the family but a huge humanitarian and pillar of strength to her community.
