Helping my Brother out. He's looking to have Vinyl Plank Fooling (Click) Installed in the North Charleston area.. I need it done asap. The guy I hired has been a no show for 3 straight days after saying he'll be here. The other was out of range of my budget. I'm looking for someone ready to go as early as today that's within our budget. If not I'll lay it myself, just wanted it installed by someone with a steadier hand. lol. I have all the material, you just need the tools you use. I have the floor and quarter rounds. No stripping floors or anything, just a lay on top of old hardwood floor. The area in 273 sq ft.
