Description
I have a 94 Ranger 2.3L that won't start. I swapped the fuel pump already, and it's not the relay. Not sure if it's getting power or not. The pump is accessible. Need someone with a multimeter to diagnose the issue, and either you can fix it or I can depending on the price. I don't have a lot of money, so ideally I'm looking for someone close by. If you want to barter, I can clean your gutters or pressure wash your driveway once we get my truck running again.
