Willing to train right candidate with appropriate technical and social aptitude. Must be knowledgeable and experienced working on electric bikes: building; diagnosing; repairing; modifying; customizing. Must be comfortable working professionally and politely with customers, including greeting and interacting in person, online and over the phone. A good “bedside manor” cannot be faked and must be part of who your are. Must be able, even when busy, to set priorities and schedule repairs as well as handle disruptions like walk-ins, phone calls and questions from co-workers. Must possess exceptional deductive and reasoning skills and be able to diagnose problems and get to the route of issues quickly. Must be knowledgeable about warranties: recording; verifying; dealing with vendors for replacement parts as well as time reimbursement. Must be able to inventory, organize, order and track spare parts. Will provide training for specifics on vendors, warranties, parts, scheduling and systems.
