Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 01/26/2022 4:00 AM 01/25/22 2022-0264, Domestic Battery: On 012522 at 9:23 am, Sheriff's Deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery in the 0-99 block of Sierra Rd in Oswego Township. The incident is under investigation. 2022-0264, Domestic Battery: 2022-0249, Deceptive Practices: On 012522 at 1:08pm, Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 7000 block of Roberts Ct, Na-Au-Say Township, for a report of deceptive practices. The incident is under investigation. 2022-0270, Possession of Adult Use Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle: On 01/25/22 at 7:20 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 30 Bypass and Briarcliff Road in Oswego Township for an equipment violation. During the investigation, it was learned that the driver of the vehicle, Saul Cano, a 45-year-old male from the 4000 block of E 7th Road in Earlville, IL, was transporting cannabis in an unapproved container in his vehicle. Cano was cited and released on his own personal recognizance. 2022-0271, Domestic Battery: On 01/25/22 at 10:15 p.m., deputies responded to the 1000 block of Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is ongoing. 2022-0272, DUI: On 01/25/22 at 10:42 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 34 near Autumn Creek Blvd. in Bristol Township for speeding and no registration light. Tessa Lynn Seaman, a 29-year-old female from the 300 block of North Park Avenue in Aurora, was arrested for driving under the influence. Seaman was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. 2022-0273, In-State Warrant: On 01/26/22 at 3:11 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Harbor Dr near W Anchor Dr in Oswego Township for an equipment violation. Adam, Solis, a 41-year-old male from the 100 block of Harbor Dr, who was wanted on a Kane County Original Contempt warrant with bond set at $580 full cash. Solis was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
