Jewel Osco will be hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Booster Clinic at Central Middle School on Saturday, February 5. Free Moderna (for ages 18 and up) and Pfizer (for ages 12 and up) boosters will be offered from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Patients are encouraged to make an appointment by clicking here. The patient's CDC vaccination card, or a picture of the card, is required in order to receive a booster. If available, patients should also bring their insurance card.
