This WCUI CME course is for non-sonographers who want to learn to utilize ultrasound-guided injection & ultrasound skills in their practice WCUI’s Continuing Medical Education division is hosting a live course designed to help non-sonographers, learn ultrasound skills and ultrasound guided injections on Saturday, January 23rd from 8:00 am to 2:00pm at the WCUI Phoenix campus. The course is a great opportunity for Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, and other medical professionals who are interested in understanding the different approaches to ultrasound guided injections and utilize ultrasound skills in their practices. During the course attendees, will understand how to utilize ultrasound to identify landmarks for basic injections of the most commonly scanned joints and practice in-plane and out-of-plane approaches with ultrasound guidance. Attendees will come away with the ability to identify ultrasound landmarks for the most commonly scanned joints, understand the different approaches to ultrasound guided injections, and describe anatomy utilizing ultrasound terminology.
