St Dominic High School
Hours: 5:30-1:30 Monday- Friday
Days off follow school schedule, incl. holidays, holy days, snow days, summer breaks, etc. Individual must be reliable and punctual in regards to attendance.
Physical requirements: Must be able to:
Lift 40# to mid-waistWithstand body weight on legs and feet for duration of dayLift arms above shouldersWithstand environmental temps during all seasonsRaise food trays to shoulder level
Personal requirements:
Must be neat and clean in appearance. Uniforms shirts and aprons are provided, and must be kept clean by the employee and worn daily unless manager indicates otherwise. Must be able to work closely with other FSC employees and follow directions. Attitude should be pleasant and cheerful.
Must have and provide own non slip oil resistant shoes
Specific Duties:
To deputize in the Executive Chef’s absenceCoordinate and participate in the activities of the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure profitable food serviceDirect and participate in planning menus and utilization of food surplus and leftoversGrill Hamburgers/ Breading Chicken.Dishes daily as neededChanging Fryer as neededAny other duties assigned/and or needed by Management and/and or Chef
Job Experience:
Formal Training or at least 3 years culinary experienceKnowledge of purchasing, ordering, receiving, and inventory proceduresCash Register experienceAbility to work closely around High School children on a daily basisSend resume to [email protected]
