Two (2) Carpenters with mid-sized truck/van: Must posess OSHA 10 certification in Construction Safety and Health, Current Driver’s License, functioning cell phone and current Forklift Operator’s certification. Two (2) Skilled Laborers: Sound knowledge and practical experience with all hand and power tools applicable to common carpentry, painting and building maintenance repair tasks.
