Dion Kelly, 63 years-of-age, was pronounced dead at the scene while Richard Anderson, 20 years-of-age, has been processed on DUI, 2nd-degree murder and two counts of endangerment charges. Two adult females were also involved in the crash but thankfully they sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to authorities. (Phoenix Patch)A downtown Phoenix 0.81-acre lot sells for $3.7 million. The lot, located at 3rd Ave. between Filmore St. and Van Buren St. was sold to 362 North Third, LLC.
