MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL — Mountain Brook Schools will begin the registration and enrollment process for kindergarten and new students beginning Feb. 2. All Kindergarten families are invited to attend Kindergarten registration from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following dates: Brookwood Forest: February 2, 2022Cherokee Bend: February 9, 2022Mountain Brook Elementary: February 16, 2022Crestline: February 23, 2022For all other new students, parents need to visit the MBS Board of Education at 32 Vine Street with the required documents: Proof of residency: All pages of signed warranty deed or lease agreement. Lease agreements will need to list all occupants in home (including children). Proof of residency is not required for families who currently have students enrolled in MBSCopy of current utility bill (not required for families who currently have students enrolled in MBS)If applicable, custody agreement or court-appointed guardian documentation in cases of parent separation, divorce, foster, other arrangementsChild's Social Security Card (voluntary)Birth Certificate or other proof of ageCopy of parent or guardian's driver's licenseMost current Certificate of Immunization (Original Form) even if your child is not yet 5 years old.
