That counts as a missed connection right? I don't know, was thinking about it earlier and I never experienced it. I guess if you're a former bully, or a current college bully then hmu. I can't fight back to save my life, I'm shy, I'm overweight, I have a slight stutter and lisp, if I ever were to get bullied I would be a sitting duck. As for legal action, I've been robbed at gunpoint before and never called the cops, I can't afford to take anyone to court, literally nothing would happen legally either. Guess I just needed to vent, still very curious though
