Looking for a space to relocate my production/music studio

I am a music producer who does this for living. Right now my studio is in the basement of our recent house but we are very soon moving to a new house and i need to find a space/room around 250sgf or above. It won't be used as a recording studio or rehearsal space. I compose, mix and master for TV music for the most part and work around -75bB.
