How does it sound to work 3 days then have 4 days off? That is the schedule we are looking to fill. Work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday then have Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday off. The shifts are as follows: - Saturday: 6am to 5pm (11 hrs.) - Sunday: 6am to 5pm (11 hrs.) - Monday, 3pm to 10pm (7 hrs.) After lunches this would be a total of 27.5 hrs. There may be additional hours if desired to fill staff shortages due to call outs, vacations or holidays. There may be some flexibility with the hours if desired. We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a custodian. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The custodian will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, trash receptacles and public areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay with flexible hours. Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, common space and parking lot Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped 1+ years janitorial experience Ability to work well under minimal supervision Capacity to take direction Strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
