We currently have an opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician. Work hours are Monday-Friday with rotating on-call hours. This position requires a valid NYS driver’s license as you could be utilized at any of our three properties, as needed. The qualifications include: • Ability to perform preventive maintenance and monitoring of building systems. • Experience in light carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting and masonry preferred. • Work as part of team as well as independently. • Excellent rapport with seniors. • Able to represent the Mission of our organization.
