We have an immediate need for a skilled Property Manager to join us in Schenectady, NY! This is position Monday thru Friday. The successful candidate must be a self-motivated professional with an experience in the residential property management. He or she should be highly organized and shall manage the community with a positive and professional attitude. Self-driven, effective communicator, with high level of conflict resolution skills, and the ability to multi-task diverse assignments and responsibilities and work independently. The Property Manager shall be responsible for, but not limited to: -Overall upkeep of the property -Overseeing maintenance staff -Handling move-ins and move-outs -Processing applications/initial certifications & re-certification paperwork, including lease and inspection documents -Oversee various projects to improve property and maintain curb appeal -Manage resident relations and retention's Please submit your resume!
