Friendly male parakeet needs a home

I really hate to do this but I need to rehome my male parakeet. My boyfriend works from home and he chirps all day long so his cage ends up being upstairs and he is never really around anyone anymore. He is a wonderful, friendly little guy who loves children and adults the same, and he is about 1.5 years old. He knows how to step up and loves sitting on your shoulder. He just needs more attention than he is getting. I’m asking for a rehoming fee of $20 for just him, or $50 with a small cage, some of the food and snacks he eats, and toys. Text if interested.
