Experienced Apartment Renovation Specialist with Elec & Plumbing Skill

We have 40+ units upcoming, Several ready now. Locations range from Fife to Seattle to Issaquah. We Need an experienced Elec & Plumbing tradesmen with knowledge of flipping apartment units. Needing someone with high level of electrical knowledge (understanding electricity is a MUST), who's capable of checking heaters, swapping out switches and plugs, and dissecting possible issues on-site. Must come with a can do attitude and can complete tasks quickly. Also Need to have Plumbing abilities of swapping out H2O Tanks and installing ALL fixtures, supply lines, ect, (Also a MUST). Basically I need an all around Renovation Guru. Framing, Electrical, Plumbing and Finish Skills Needed. Experience in the trades is KEY as well as being friendly, reliable, having a can do attitude with good transportation and tools, and good communication skills are all a MUST. If you have Electrical AND Plumbing skills and you're friendly, I want to hear from you. You will be part of a team and valued if you can produce good work in a timely manner. Quality work is a must, so please be honest about your skill level and abilities. It will show. We will supply the products, you supply the labor and we can keep you busy. We have more units upcoming, but for now I need a good person to help with our project in Fife. Future upcoming units will be in Seattle, so transportation is key.
