Looking for a full-time Maintenance Staff Member. Properties managed include residential, office, and retail buildings. Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. Only inquire if you're self-sufficient. Must have the skill set to do the following repairs: all household items, including toilets, light fixtures, landscaping, fixing exterior items, cleaning off roofs, painting, changing locks, etc. Applicants will be customer facing and therefore must have good communication and friendly demeanor.
