C&S Wholesale Grocers Inventory Control FULL-TIME $22/hr 2503 Northwest Sundial Road, Troutdale, OR 97060 Total compensation range depending on tenure or shift $20.00/hr-$25.50/hr Inventory Control duties will include but are not limited to: • Conducting accurate cycle count of inventory locations per handheld device/forms in the warehouse and make system updates as required. • Validating dating of product in the warehouse and update as required. • Auditing and Correcting inbound receiving paperwork and perform audits of SOP’s as required by Supervisor. • Responding to buyer requests for item checks in the warehouse. Auditing duties will include but are not limited to: • Validating product to be delivered to customers as part of process to measure outbound loading accuracy. • Assisting in maintaining an acceptable error rate on orders shipped according to company guidelines. • Notifying the responsible party of their error and obtain their signature as acknowledgement of the audit when Chargeable errors are noted. • Submitting daily audit results to the appropriate team member(s) at the end of each shift. Administrative duties will include and are not limited to: • Compiling data from our WMS into reports and generating reports for management. • Reviewing files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests. • Partnering cross-functionally to achieve business results. • Entering purchasing order receipts into computer system and print receiving tags for use by receivers. • Contacting carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for delivery of materials. • Confirming and corresponding with customers, vendors and others to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications. • Greeting incoming outside truck drivers and direct to proper unloading bay.
